Education
5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), or equivalent, including English and maths, for an advanced apprenticeship. 4 or 5 GCSEs at grades 9 to 4 (A* to C) and A levels, or equivalent, for a higher or degree apprenticeship.
Experience
An understanding of web servers and how they work. experience with front-end programming languages such as JavaScript and Ajax. experience with back-end coding languages such as C++, HTML, Ruby and Python. experience with design software such as Photoshop, Figma, Sketch and Illustrator is beneficial.
Front-End Software Developer
Duties And Responsiblities
- Integrate new designs into existing website frameworks
- Implement the UI for new features following designs taken from the client
- Focus on performance and security, striving to make improvements not only to new and existing websites, but also to the development process
- Work closely with the development, QA, and project management teams
Education
Have a degree in Computer Science or similar field
Experience
- 2+ years professional experience in Web Development using MVC, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS
- Excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- An understanding of the importance of cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility and responsive CSS design.
PHP Developer
Duties And Responsibilties
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
- Write effective APIs
- Create dynamic content and interact with databases
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject, like computer science, software engineering, or programming
Experience
- Learn the PHP language
- Database languages skills
- Web server knowledge
- HTML, CSS and JavaScript knowledge
- Experience with any modern PHP framework like Nette, Laravel, Zend, etc is advantage.
